Refund and Returns Policy

At LZY, we stand on quality and detail. If your order isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s the deal:

Returns

  • You’ve got 14 days from when your order lands to send it back.
  • Pieces must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Final sale / limited drop items can’t be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? We’ll swap it out if the stock is still live.
  • If we’re sold out, we’ll provide you with a store credit coupon or a refund, your choice.

Refunds

  • Once your return comes back and clears inspection, we’ll drop your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees won’t be refunded.

Return Shipping

  • You cover shipping unless we sent you the wrong piece or it showed up damaged.
  • Always use a trackable method—we’re not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged / Wrong Items

  • If we messed up, email us at lzy@lzyclothing.us within 7 days. We’ll cover the fix, no stress.

How to Start a Return

  • Email lzy@lzyclothing.us with your order # and reason.
  • We’ll send you return steps.
  • Pack it up and ship it back.
